Founded in 1969
Hallmark University was founded in 1969 in San Antonio, TX. Cofounder, Richard Fessler, started our institution with the primary purpose of serving students, industry, and the community.
Accredited University
Hallmark University is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). ACCSC is a private, nonprofit, independent national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education.
